Orders placed before 2pm PT on business days (Monday–Friday) typically ship the same day. All other orders ship the next business day. You'll receive a tracking email as soon as your order ships.
First, check the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email. If the tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, check around your property and with neighbors. If it's been more than 7 business days without delivery, contact us at contact@innogreen.shop with your order number and we'll investigate and resolve it immediately.
